Billing

Invoices, yearly billing and late payment.

How you are billed

• Each site is billed monthly, or yearly with 2 months free (12 months for the price of 10).
• At the start of each month you get one invoice for everything due that month, payable within 7 days by card (Yoco) or bank transfer.
• New customers pay their first site’s first invoice before it goes live.
• A site created during a month is charged for the days left in it. If that month’s invoice is already paid, the charge goes on a new invoice.
• Switch a site between monthly and yearly on its page. If this month’s charge is unpaid it changes straight away; otherwise from the next bill.
• Registry upgrades are charged for the rest of the month, then monthly.

Late payment

If an invoice is unpaid 7 days after its due date (on the due date if you have not paid us before), your sites may be paused: visitors see a notice, and your files and data are kept. The console shows the date beforehand. Sites come back within minutes of paying.
