Signing in, emails we send, and who can see what.

Signing in

Sign in with your email and password at the console. If you forget your password, choose Forgot your password?: we email a link that works once, for an hour. Changing your password signs out every other device.

Emails we send

We email you, from hello@dapply.solutions, when:

• your account is approved, or you ask to reset your password;
• a site goes live, needs attention, is paused or restored, or is deleted;
• there is a new invoice, a payment arrives, or an invoice is overdue;
• a private server order is received or ready.

Add the address to your contacts so these do not land in spam.

Who can see what

• Only you, and our staff, can see your sites, their logs and your invoices.
• Secrets are write-only: nobody, including you, can read a value back once it is saved.
• Your images are private to your registry and your sites.

Deleting a site

Ask to delete a site at the bottom of its page. We confirm deletions within one working day; until then it stays online and you can cancel. To close your whole account, delete your sites and contact us.
